However, we do offer several direct-billing and reimbursement options to help make your care affordable:
In-Network Coverage
- Medicare: Chris (Christopher DeMartini, DC) is an in-network Medicare provider and accepts assignment for all Medicare patients.
- CenCal & Care Connect: Elham Khodabandeloo, L.Ac., is in-network with CenCal and Care Connect for qualified Medi-Cal and Medicare patients seeking acupuncture and integrative services.
Out-of-Network & Private Insurance
For all other insurance carriers, we are considered out-of-network providers. To assist you in maximizing your benefits, we provide two convenient options:
- Professional Billing Department: We have an incredible billing team that can submit claims directly on your behalf. You can then receive reimbursement according to your specific insurance plan’s out-of-network benefits.
- Super-bills: If you prefer to manage your own claims, we can provide you with a comprehensive “super-bill” containing all the necessary codes and information for you to submit to your insurance company for personal reimbursement.
